Nail water decal

How to use:

Once you have applied your base colour. Follow these steps, before applying top coat.

1-Cut out the pattern
2-Remove the film
3-Place in water for 10-20 seconds
4-Remove the tacky layer of gel
5-Remove the decal from the water and gently slide the decal off the white backing board and place on nail.
6-Gently tap the decal with a tissue to remove excess water.
7-Apply top coat
