Orders are delivered via Fastway or The Courier Guy.
Our shipping rates are calculated as follows:
R70 in and around Kwa Zulu Natal
R88 to other major areas
(Deliveries made to remote areas may incur a surcharge)
Items will be delivered within 1-5 days after they have been dispatched.
If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping.
We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.
We promise to find solutions to any damage that arise as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the courier company, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.
All credit card processing will be performed by Lola Lee Beauty. The charge on your statement will appear from Lola Lee Beauty. We do not verify billing addresses with credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, we will not be held responsible.
We do not accept any returns, Please make sure that you have selected the correct products that you require, we do not refund or accept returns if you change your mind or made incorrect purchases.
There could be a slight colour discrepancy on the website and the actual colour of the gel polish, due to the product being displayed digitally.
Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain that everything is in perfect condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm CAT. We will arrange to get you a non-damaged item as quickly as possible.
Any equipment that is being returned must be in their original packaging with all of the other accessories it came with.
Proof of purchase must be supplied with the return. Please note that we will place a collection with the courier once the product is with us and has been assessed we will then be able to get back to you.
